Narrative:

Upon shutdown; we were notified that the right onboard tire was blown. On post-flight inspection; it appears that the tire tread has completely shredded off the tire. The tread caused damage to the flap and wing. After-the-fact; the flight attendants notified us that they heard an unusual sound on takeoff and didn't think anything of it. Tire; wing; and flap needs repair before returning the aircraft to service.
