Narrative:

I was inbound to prc and I called tower and was told to report a 7 mi final for runway 21. The frequency was extremely busy. I tried calling 6 times. I kept getting blocked. I was able to call them on a 3 mi final on the 128.75 frequency. I usually call tower on 125.3 about 5 mi out. Something needs to be done about the congestion at prc.

Narrative: I WAS INBND TO PRC AND I CALLED TWR AND WAS TOLD TO RPT A 7 MI FINAL FOR RWY 21. THE FREQ WAS EXTREMELY BUSY. I TRIED CALLING 6 TIMES. I KEPT GETTING BLOCKED.
