Hydraulic failure--total hydraulic fluid loss in 1 system, eventual loss of hydraulic pressure for flaps, rudder, brakes (all partial systems losses). Diverted to airport other than destination. Caused by improper insertion of hydraulic fluid filter, pinching o-ring.

Narrative: HYD FAILURE--TOTAL HYD FLUID LOSS IN 1 SYS, EVENTUAL LOSS OF HYD PRESSURE FOR FLAPS, RUDDER, BRAKES (ALL PARTIAL SYSTEMS LOSSES). DIVERTED TO ARPT OTHER THAN DEST. CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSERTION OF HYD FLUID FILTER, PINCHING O-RING.
