Narrative:

During cruise flight we were asked by ZAU if we were navigating to farmington, mo VOR. We were not! Our routing was ord-rbs-enl-middy arrival mem. The center strip showed our route as ord-rbs-fam-gilmore arrival mem. In discussing this discrepancy with the center controller, it was discovered that his strip carried the notation that a full route clearance was to be given. Ord clearance gave us 'cleared as filed.' suspect that clearance delivery controller did not read strip completely.
