Narrative:

While outbnd in the published holding pattern at doyle, ZMP issued us the following clearance: continue the turnaround and intercept the doyle arrival, descend and maintain 10000', cross exact intersection at or below 15000'. About 1 min later center told us to stop our descent at FL190. We were already passing FL180 at the time. We notified center that we had to climb back up to FL190. Center told us to do so. Then center told us to turn left to a heading of 180 degrees. We were passing approximately north in our turn. While turning to heading 180 degrees we saw a company large transport that our controller was maneuvering us to avoid. We were able to remain clear of the large transport visually and notified center. The controller stated that he had turned us too soon and didn't realize that we were turning sharper than he had anticipated. We were making a standard rate turn with 30 degrees of bank. We felt that the controller noticed his mistake and took effective action to avoid a possible collision. The flight proceeded to msp west/O further incident.

Title: ACR LEAVING HOLDING PATTERN IN DESCENT. STOPPED, CLIMBED, TURNED TO AVOID SECOND ACR.

Narrative: WHILE OUTBND IN THE PUBLISHED HOLDING PATTERN AT DOYLE, ZMP ISSUED US THE FOLLOWING CLRNC: CONTINUE THE TURNAROUND AND INTERCEPT THE DOYLE ARR, DSND AND MAINTAIN 10000', CROSS EXACT INTXN AT OR BELOW 15000'. ABOUT 1 MIN LATER CENTER TOLD US TO STOP OUR DSNT AT FL190. WE WERE ALREADY PASSING FL180 AT THE TIME. WE NOTIFIED CENTER THAT WE HAD TO CLB BACK UP TO FL190. CENTER TOLD US TO DO SO. THEN CENTER TOLD US TO TURN LEFT TO A HDG OF 180 DEGS. WE WERE PASSING APPROX N IN OUR TURN. WHILE TURNING TO HDG 180 DEGS WE SAW A COMPANY LGT THAT OUR CTLR WAS MANEUVERING US TO AVOID. WE WERE ABLE TO REMAIN CLR OF THE LGT VISUALLY AND NOTIFIED CENTER. THE CTLR STATED THAT HE HAD TURNED US TOO SOON AND DIDN'T REALIZE THAT WE WERE TURNING SHARPER THAN HE HAD ANTICIPATED. WE WERE MAKING A STANDARD RATE TURN WITH 30 DEGS OF BANK. WE FELT THAT THE CTLR NOTICED HIS MISTAKE AND TOOK EFFECTIVE ACTION TO AVOID A POSSIBLE COLLISION. THE FLT PROCEEDED TO MSP W/O FURTHER INCIDENT.
