Narrative:

While doing pattern work I witnessed a paramotor flying erratically around the airport property. Flying over the taxiways; ramp; and runway. At one point he was even directly over-flying a king air full of passengers who was taxiing not more than 20 feet above them. I'm not concerned with paramotors flying at a class G airport as it is perfectly legal. But the unpredictable manner in which he was flying making no radio calls and buzzing airplanes full of passengers who are taxiing is reckless and puts others at risk.
