Narrative:
After takeoff I discovered a discrepancy on our load closeout data. There were no restricted articles listed in the aft cargo compartment on the closeout when in fact we had a notoc provided by ground crew in ZZZ of dry ice loaded. We overlooked this difference on taxi out. Factors that were a distraction are: maintenance write up at departure time; ramp closure due to lightning at boarding time; weather; ground crew abandonment without notice to cockpit after check in at departure time prior to push clearance; awaiting new ground crew after push clearance received; [and] MEL items and coordination with flight attendants. [Suggest] a more thorough closeout briefing during taxi out with line item verbal review.
