Narrative:

When the first officer (first officer) was doing the walk around; he noticed a crop duster about 1-2 miles northeast of the field. We pushed back from the gate and taxied down to [the] runway. The prior departing traffic was issued by ATC [stating] a traffic warning of the crop duster working northeast of the field without an altitude encoding transponder. When we received our take off clearance; they amended our altitude from 9;000 ft to 2;000 ft on the departure. The first turn is a right turn at a minimum of 540 ft direct to zzzzz. We had a target of the crop duster with no altitude right around where we were to make the right turn; so I went up to 800-1;000 ft before making the right turn to ensure clearance between us and the crop duster. After making the right turn and leveling off at 2;000 ft heading direct to zzzzz; we were issued a traffic warning from ATC of a 'cessna 10 o'clock 4 miles restricted above you at 2;500'. We advised ATC we had the traffic in sight and will maintain visual separation. We were heading southeast and the traffic was heading northwest away from us. Then; the airplane sounded a traffic advisory and about 10 seconds later a resolution advisory (RA) to descend. We complied with the RA and advised ATC that we were complying with a RA. We ended up descending to 1850 ft before the RA went away and climbed back up to 2;000 ft and resumed on the departure. The rest of the flight was uneventful going down to [our] destination.
