Special interest flights are never briefed as they are supposed to be. Omic (operations manager-in-charge) should be looking up special interest flights and briefing the areas.

Narrative: Sector received aircraft that was foreign GA. It should be special interest flight that is not shortcut. It was shortcut a long distance. Special interest flights are NEVER briefed as they are supposed to be. OMIC (Operations Manager-in-Charge) should be looking up special interest flights and briefing the areas.
