Narrative:

We briefed the hotspots and how we would mitigate them. We did all briefs and checklists before taxi and this helped us both stay heads up. We called for taxi clearance and were told to 'cross all runways; back taxi into position on 36R.' we noticed a fleet of GA aircraft takeoff and noticed some were leveling off at 100-150 feet to depart which was unusual.we cleared left and right as we crossed the other runways. Immediately after crossing the [runway] 36R hold short line I saw one of the cessna 206s at about 100-150 feet and on a right base. With their altitude and close pattern it was unclear which runway they were going to until they turned a very short final. We stopped the aircraft and asked tower if he was landing our runway. The controller apologized then spoke spanish to the other pilot so I don't know what was said. I'm guessing we were completely across the hold short line and our nose was about 5-6 feet into the actual runway. The cessna leveled off at about 20 feet and flew down the runway. He passed very close by us and I assume landed beyond us (I could not see it). Passengers commented after the flight about seeing the plane pass by their window. We then were cleared to back taxi again.threats - mexico; language barrier sometimes; hotspots; multiple runway crossings; unusual patterns by other aircraft; short taxi. Errors - ATC cleared them to land while we were cleared to back taxi. Uas - runway incursion.good tem (threat and error management) helped us catch this when we did though; as we were both heads up at the time. Especially out of this airport I will keep a better lookout for planes that might be flying a nonstandard pattern.
