Narrative:

During the approach; fully configured with gear down and flaps 30 degrees; we got a low speed alert and a le transit light. We elected to execute a go around in order to analyze the problem. Procedures were accomplished as per the QRH. For precautionary reasons [ATC was advised] and a flaps 15 landing was made. Note that at some point due to the type of failure the airplane had; a stick shaker activated due to the airplane not recognizing that we had the correct flap setting for the current speed.leading edge sensor malfunction as told by maintenance
