Narrative:
Midfield/segmented circle windsock in tatters. Discussed with the airport observer on station about the windsock; and was informed it was to be replaced. I also notified the observer if not replaced the windsock had to be notamed out of service. Days later; neither corrective action had taken place.

Narrative: Midfield/segmented circle windsock in tatters. Discussed with the airport observer on station about the windsock; and was informed it was to be replaced. I also notified the observer if not replaced the windsock had to be NOTAMed out of service. Days later; neither corrective action had taken place.
