Title: B737 Captain reported that the navigation database in the FMS was in conflict with the approach plates for La Aurora Airport (MGGT).
Narrative: The altitudes that load in the box for the RNAV Y to Runway 02 starting at GT566; and including GT558 and GT542 all show at or above altitudes. But; the approach plate has them as hard altitudes.
