Narrative:

ZID lost their radio for approximately 10 mins from XX05Z to XX15Z on frequency 134.67. ZID was was able to contact 3 out of 10 flts on that frequency to advise them to switch to frequency 133.92. We aided by broadcasting in the blind on frequency 134.67 at ZID request for other aircraft to change to 133.92. This seems to be a recurring problem with this frequency at ZID. This radio or frequency should be investigated for reliability.
