I was training an individual during a light to moderate morning session. Atx X departed and was issued turn right heading 130 degrees, climb and maintain 10000'. Atx X readback was 13000'. I missed the readback. Aircraft violated airspace of ZOB through 11400'. Appropriate paperwork filed.
