Narrative:

During roll out at approximately 120 knots; the entire efb mount and ipad detached and fell on my lap and then down and forward on to the rudder pedals. I quickly transferred control of the aircraft to the first officer. I reached down and removed the mount and ipad from the rudder pedals; and took back control of the aircraft at 70 knots. The rest of the rollout and taxi to the gate was normal. An additional clip or other type of attachment system should be used to prevent the efb mount from falling out.

Title: Air carrier Captain reported the EFB mount became detached during the landing roll; sliding onto the rudder pedals.

Narrative: During roll out at approximately 120 knots; the entire EFB mount and iPad detached and fell on my lap and then down and forward on to the rudder pedals.
