Narrative:

During climb to FL320; we experienced a cabin altitude caution. We informed ATC we were going to level at FL250 to work the problem. As we began running the QRH and we got a red cabin altitude cas. We then initiated a descent to 10;000 feet even though ATC told us to descend to FL190 and proceed to the zzzzz intersection. We continued through FL190 to 10;000 feet as the situation called for and maneuvered the aircraft as necessary during the descent before proceeding to the zzzzz fix. We then diverted.
