Narrative:

At 200' AGL tower instructed us to go around. We started the go around and had just raised the landing gear and we had to turn right to miss an aircraft. VFR on downwind to land on runway 15. The tower was running a VFR pattern to runway 15 and simultaneously an IFR ILS pattern to runway 07 (the fog bank along the coast did not allow VFR traffic to runway 07). The runway 07 missed approach takes you through the VFR pattern to runway 15.
