Narrative:
I was pilot in command (PIC) occupying the left seat. While I was taxiing into parking; being marshaled by a lineman; the second in command (sic) stopped the aircraft to avoid collision with a parked aircraft Y to the right side. We shut the airplane down and inspected. I found our right wingtip under the wing of the parked aircraft Y with the aft tip of the right swooplet in contact with the underside trailing edge of the left aileron of the parked aircraft Y.as I am new to an airplane with a wingspan considerably longer than what I'm used to; I need to be extra conservative when it comes to wingtip clearances.
