Narrative:

The following happened to me two days in a row. We departed bwi on the terpz departure with the ramay transition. Shortly after passing wonce; the airplane started a lead turn to foxhl. Since terpz is not a flyover point; we wound up south of it due to the lead turn. ATC asked us where we were going. They seemed surprised the aircraft started the turn to foxhl prior to reaching terpz. They mentioned many airplanes had been doing the same thing. One of the following should happen: educate ATC that our aircraft will start the turn to foxhl prior to reaching terpz or if ATC needs us to fly over terpz; change the database so it is a flyover point. This event was either caused by a database deficiency or ATC misunderstanding.
