Narrative:
Req SID from grb FSS. 15 mins to depart with a 10 min window (1X:50-1Y:00 CDT) clearance from FSS, void at 1X:50 asked grb again to obtain 15 min to depart with 10 min window. Grb called min center again and got my clearance and read back clearance 1X:50 plus 10 min window. Took off departed min center and reported VFR. Departed at 1X:59. Center told me my clearance was voided at 1X:50. I told them crb gave me 1X:50-1Y:00 clearance from the center for departures at locations west/O a control tower need to be , 'cleared to depart at (for example) 1X:25, void if not off by 1X:35. That statement is very precise and clear to all involved. Min center seemed to be disturbed even though I was in VFR conditions.

Title: PLT OF SMA UNDERSTOODC LRNC FROM FSS DEP AT 1X:50 WITH 10 MIN WINDOW. CENTER ADVISED AFTER SMA TOOK OFF THAT CLRNC WAS VOID AT 1X:50.
Narrative: REQ SID FROM GRB FSS. 15 MINS TO DEPART WITH A 10 MIN WINDOW (1X:50-1Y:00 CDT) CLRNC FROM FSS, VOID AT 1X:50 ASKED GRB AGAIN TO OBTAIN 15 MIN TO DEPART WITH 10 MIN WINDOW. GRB CALLED MIN CTR AGAIN AND GOT MY CLRNC AND READ BACK CLRNC 1X:50 PLUS 10 MIN WINDOW. TOOK OFF DEPARTED MIN CTR AND RPTED VFR. DEPARTED AT 1X:59. CTR TOLD ME MY CLRNC WAS VOIDED AT 1X:50. I TOLD THEM CRB GAVE ME 1X:50-1Y:00 CLRNC FROM THE CTR FOR DEPS AT LOCATIONS W/O A CTL TWR NEED TO BE , 'CLRED TO DEPART AT (FOR EXAMPLE) 1X:25, VOID IF NOT OFF BY 1X:35. THAT STATEMENT IS VERY PRECISE AND CLR TO ALL INVOLVED. MIN CTR SEEMED TO BE DISTURBED EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN VFR CONDITIONS.
