Narrative:
Number two engine oil started to fluctuate dropping towards the min. I briefed the passengers on the situation and at that point the oil pressure went below minimum and the captain shut the engine down. ATC was alerted and a request to divert was authorized. The engine was shut down using the emergency procedure check list and the aircraft was landed. During the descent the N2 was wind milling at a high rate and between 14000 & 70000 and a strong vibration was felt in the aircraft.
