Narrative:

Flight was conducted from sju to dsq. Approaching sdq from the east aircraft was cleared to 4000'. 1/2 mi from cdo VOR the flight was cleared the VOR 17 procedure track. Descent was begun to 1200' after crossing the VOR. During procedure turn inbound we descended through the WX. The captain saw a runway through the haze and stated that he was visibility on the runway. I transitioned to outside references to align myself on the runway centerline. Final challenge and response checklist items were completed and landing clearance was received. T/D and rollout were uneventful. Turning off the runway we noted that we had landed at san isidro ab, or. After receiving a tps, flight clearance/release, and ATC clearance we continued to sdq.
