Narrative:

Copilot was flying an approach to landing runway 21 at lyh. We were told to report over the mall (several mi from runway 21). I, PNF, acknowledged, but being busy with before landing checklist failed to report the mall. Tower cleared us to land several hundred ft AGL. I responded with 2 clicks of the microphone switch. During rollout, tower told us to make a right turn. We had bypassed the ctrfield taxiway by several yds and therefore asked for a 180 degree turn off the runway. Tower cleared us, told us to contact ground, and asked that we call the tower on the phone. Upon calling the tower we were informed that we did not report the mall, did not acknowledge the landing clearance, did a 180 degree turn off runway 21 west/O permission. The WX at the time was VFR, and there was no air or ground traffic at lyh.
