Narrative:
Runway 25 is so rolling and bumpy that we thought the captain made a bad landing. It was not until we took off on runway 07 that we realized it was the runway! I feel that this runway is so bad that we should not be using it for our operation. The perpendicular runway is just under 4;000 ft so we were not allowed to consider it.our company should not use this airport/runway until it is inspected for weight bearing and levelness by the FAA and/or [company].

Narrative: Runway 25 is so rolling and bumpy that we thought the Captain made a bad landing. It was not until we took off on runway 07 that we realized it was the runway!
