Narrative:
Small transport X on a visibility approach to plb. Approach clearance was cancelled, and small transport X was assigned a heading and altitude for sequencing with a military bmb Y. Small transport X cancelled his IFR clearance and turned on course to the airport VFR. Bmb Y was in the overhead pattern at plattsburg AFB located 4 mi southeast of plb. Small transport X continued his VFR descent. The bmb Y climbed from 2000' to 2300', pattern altitude for pbg. Small transport X was instructed to maintain 2500', and although traffic was given no conflict alert was issued. Small transport X was also established in the plattsburg AFB air traffic area west/O coordination.
