Narrative:

We were cleared to taxi from garret aviation to runway 4 to hold short of runway 30. After about 1 mi of taxiing we came to intxing runways unmarked of 30 and a hundred yds further of 4. As I came upon 30 I asked the copilot, 'are we to hold short here or at 4?' twice he said 4, but was so busy pointing out landing military aircraft to the passenger that I'm not now sure if he knew where we were or what the question was. I proceeded across 30 and held short of 4, at which time ground control told us we were instructed to hold short of 30. I should have paid more attention to the taxi instructions myself than relied on someone so much. I've also tried to implement a sterile cockpit from taxi to 10000', but haven't had much luck. This particular day the copilot was my boss and chief pilot.
