Narrative:
We [were] number 3 in downwind. The cirrus SR22 flew from 1 O'clock in the wrong downwind direction; same altitude; frontal to us; and we had to make an abrupt maneuver to the left to avoid a collision. The cirrus 22 did no action. After the incident we confronted the pilot and he blamed a student pilot from the flight school who was on final because he interrupted his IFR approach.
