Narrative:
At cruise; had increasing oil temp and decreasing RPM. Engine started running rough and continued to lose RPM. Engine soon froze. I picked out a road and made a dead stick landing. No one was hurt onboard or on the ground; no damage was done on landing to anything. EMS responded.
