Narrative:

Small aircraft X landed runway 27 at uca. Tower offered taxiway or 180 degree turn on runway back to previous taxiway before runway intersection. Accepted 180 because shorter taxi route back to general aviation over near approach end of runway 27. Controller instructed me to hold short of runway 33 due to landing traffic on that runway. Waited about 3-4 mins short of intersection while 3 aircraft landed. In meantime controller cleared departing aircraft Y into position and hold on runway 27 (facing me). After last aircraft landed on runway 33, controller having obviously forgotten me cleared aircraft Y holding in position on runway 27 for takeoff. Other pilot pointed out I was still on runway. Controller also realized immediately that I was still there, and I was also ready to put in a word, or even move out of the way if necessary. All 3 of us also came close to keying our microphone's simultaneously.

Narrative: SMA X LANDED RWY 27 AT UCA. TWR OFFERED TXWY OR 180 DEG TURN ON RWY BACK TO PREVIOUS TXWY BEFORE RWY INTXN. ACCEPTED 180 BECAUSE SHORTER TAXI RTE BACK TO GENERAL AVIATION OVER NEAR APCH END OF RWY 27. CTLR INSTRUCTED ME TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 33 DUE TO LNDG TFC ON THAT RWY. WAITED ABOUT 3-4 MINS SHORT OF INTXN WHILE 3 ACFT LANDED. IN MEANTIME CTLR CLRED DEPARTING ACFT Y INTO POS AND HOLD ON RWY 27 (FACING ME). AFTER LAST ACFT LANDED ON RWY 33, CTLR HAVING OBVIOUSLY FORGOTTEN ME CLRED ACFT Y HOLDING IN POS ON RWY 27 FOR TKOF. OTHER PLT POINTED OUT I WAS STILL ON RWY. CTLR ALSO REALIZED IMMEDIATELY THAT I WAS STILL THERE, AND I WAS ALSO READY TO PUT IN A WORD, OR EVEN MOVE OUT OF THE WAY IF NECESSARY. ALL 3 OF US ALSO CAME CLOSE TO KEYING OUR MIKE'S SIMULTANEOUSLY.
