Narrative:

We were flying hornet 1 departure out of clt. ZTL asked us to confirm that we were still flying 250 KTS. We responded that our IAS was now 300 KTS. Atl said the SID had a 250 KT restriction on it until lifted by them. We rechked SID and found we were in error. Atl said no problem and to maintain 300 KTS or less. Suggest the 250 KT restriction be put in bold print just as altitude restrictions are.
