Narrative:

I departed sonoma county airport en route to placerville, ca. Climbed to 5500' course 66 degrees over lake berryessa. Tuned ATIS for sac, reset altimeter, adjusted altitude to 5500'. Noticed large military transport (camouflage color) 1/4 mi, 10 O'clock, same altitude. Advanced throttle to climb and passed over transport 50' (+-). Transport continued toward travis AFB. No change, altitude or course. High hills to north made camouflaged aircraft difficult to detect. I do not believe military aircraft even saw my aircraft.
