Narrative:
Aircraft X was cleared for a visual approach to runway 1 at gmu. As he was turning final; I saw traffic coming head on at him and within 300 feet. I issued a traffic alert.we continually have problems with aircraft departing gmu or gyh; 2 airports that are adjacent to the main airport gsp. A procedure for working these aircraft departing these airports south and southeast bound would help.
