Aircraft X landed on the runway for taxi to parking. A construction vehicle drove across the runway in front of the aircraft rolling out. The truck was not in radio contact with the FSS. The pilot asked why a truck pulled out in front of him and the point of contact for the construction vehicles advised the truck should not have been there. Title: A Flight Service Station Specialist reported receiving a report from an aircraft that a construction vehicle entered the runway while they were landing.
