Narrative:
As foreman on construction landfill site, I flew out to check water flow in canyon. I made 2 or 3 circles at 500' AGL and 200' below TCA. As I left job site a sheriff's helicopter came up over ridge. I pulled climb and left turn, climbing 2800 FPM. I may have busted TCA, although control tower never said anything on my return. Also, sheriff helicopter may have reported a near miss. Job site is 50 acres uninhabited.

Title: 2 PLTS IN SMA INSPECTING A CONSTRUCTION SITE AT LOW ALT INTERCEPTED BY POLICE HELICOPTER. REPORTERS CONSIDER IT AN NMAC INCIDENT.
Narrative: AS FOREMAN ON CONSTRUCTION LANDFILL SITE, I FLEW OUT TO CHK WATER FLOW IN CANYON. I MADE 2 OR 3 CIRCLES AT 500' AGL AND 200' BELOW TCA.
