Narrative:
Aircraft X departed oak on the CNDEL3 departure. Leaving 2500 feet the aircraft turned left to a 200 heading. Luckily I caught it right away and there was no aircraft departing sfo. That turn puts the aircraft into a head on position with aircraft departing sfo. It would not take long for a midair to occur that way. The southbound departures off oak need to be reviewed.
