Narrative:

Aircraft X had just landed on runway 15R and was instructed to turn right onto taxiway delta. Pilot responded will turn right at delta. I then cleared aircraft Y for takeoff on runway 9 and the aircraft started his takeoff roll and then aircraft X went beyond taxiway delta; I then instructed aircraft X to hold short of runway 9 and then he acknowledged the hold short. Not knowing if aircraft X would comply with this instruction I instructed aircraft Y to abort takeoff which he did. Aircraft X never went onto the runway that aircraft Y was departing but the asde X did go off for converging runways. Aircraft Y exited off runway 9 at taxiway charlie and aircraft X eventually was instructed to make a right turn onto runway 9 and exited at taxiway charlie. This caused two more go-arounds on runway 15R that were initiated by me due to aircraft X on runway and not moving very fast to exit and another aircraft waiting in position to depart as soon as aircraft X was off the runway.with the runway construction on runway 4R and multiple vehicle and different configurations for arrival/departure and with the weather that was in the area I can't stress enough that the operation at bos needs to be slow down and have a miles in trail into bos and stick with it and not give less than that amount to the final controller.

Title: BOS Local Controller and departing pilot reported of an arriving aircraft that traversed into a crossing runway causing the departing aircraft to abort their takeoff.

Narrative: Aircraft X had just landed on runway 15R and was instructed to turn right onto taxiway Delta. This caused two more go-arounds on runway 15R that were initiated by me due to Aircraft X on runway and not moving very fast to exit and another aircraft waiting in position to depart as soon as Aircraft X was off the runway. With the runway construction on runway 4R and multiple vehicle and different configurations for arrival/departure and with the weather that was in the area I can't stress enough that the operation at BOS needs to be slow down and have a miles in trail into BOS and stick with it and not give less than that amount to the final controller.
