Narrative:

I was making a routine low level check of wheat field for weed infestation on our family farm. I was flying at 250' AGL marking infested areas with rolls of toilet paper. During this marking operation, I made several passes near and over a farmhouse which is rented by an acquaintance. When I was finished, I flew over the farmhouse at 300' AGL and dropped a roll toilet paper over the farm after I had made sure it would not hit his property. The paper subsequently landed in a ditch along the county roadway. This is a rural area, and in checking the wheat fields I did not maintain required sep from bldgs while checking the fields around the farmhouse.
