Narrative:

Aircraft meeting the crossing restrictions on the dsnee arrival. I have had many issues with aircraft from the north meeting the restrictions but today while conducting my 2 minute overlap in the hemr position aircraft X checked on from the east and the first thing the pilot said was that it was difficult to meet the restriction from rhode (17;000-FL190) to phiya (at or below 13;000) which forces the pilot to descend at least 4;0000 feet in 11 miles.
