Narrative:

I am a lfi and have been flying to dal love many times. After departing F67 we got two-way radio contact with approach control. He said you are cleared stay VFR and stay with navy dallas for traffic advisory. After that we had told him that we were off F67 VFR to dal love. We were using 125.2. Then we got in touch with navy dal (126.2). They gave us clearance to fly through their airspace at 2200'. When we xed their centerline we requested frequency change. Which we got. Navy did not not give us the next frequency to go to. So we got back on 125.2. He was very busy since the only requirement to enter an arsa is two-way radio communication with use of my full callsign by ATC. He told me once again that, 'you are already cleared, stay VFR.' I knew where we were at all times, so when I saw the field I called him up and said that 'we have the field in sight.' he was very busy at time being and after several calls he said stay VFR and call unicom? After I realized that he did not know where we were, I got concerned. First after telling us that we do not need to be on his frequency and that we must contact unicom, I told him that we were tight above tx stadium and that I had dal love in sight. Then he got quiet for a few seconds and he came back and said, aircraft calling, you are weak and unreadable. Yea, really, now he did not want to talk to us so we went back. The same routine came and we thought that we had a radio problem. We went back to navy dal and asked for a radio check. Fie said that we were loud and clear. By the time we xed navy dal he gave us a telephone number to call dal love. So we did. First of all he was bitching on me for busting an arsa west/O clearance and that I was on the wrong frequency. He told me that I should have been on 126.05. 126.05 is a local approach frequency which is not published nowhere. How should I know. I am not located at the field. He told me that I would be reported to FAA. I can not see any reason how he could. Approach (125.2) did clear me to a field that he wasn't sure on. We said clearly that we are VFR to dal love off F67. Also the dal love supervisor told me that navy dal never cleared us through their airspace. It would have been interesting to listen to the tapes from that flight.

Title: PLT OF SMA ON TRAINING FLT FROM F67 TO DAL ENCOUNTERED ATC CONFUSION REGARDING HIS DESTINATION AND INTENTIONS, ANS WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ACCUSED OF ENTERING THEDAL ARSA WITHOUT ESTABLISHING RADIO CONTACT OR RECEIVING AUTH.

Narrative: I AM A LFI AND HAVE BEEN FLYING TO DAL LOVE MANY TIMES. AFTER DEPARTING F67 WE GOT TWO-WAY RADIO CONTACT WITH APCH CTL. HE SAID YOU ARE CLRED STAY VFR AND STAY WITH NAVY DALLAS FOR TFC ADVISORY. AFTER THAT WE HAD TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE OFF F67 VFR TO DAL LOVE. WE WERE USING 125.2. THEN WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH NAVY DAL (126.2). THEY GAVE US CLRNC TO FLY THROUGH THEIR AIRSPACE AT 2200'. WHEN WE XED THEIR CTRLINE WE REQUESTED FREQ CHANGE. WHICH WE GOT. NAVY DID NOT NOT GIVE US THE NEXT FREQ TO GO TO. SO WE GOT BACK ON 125.2. HE WAS VERY BUSY SINCE THE ONLY REQUIREMENT TO ENTER AN ARSA IS TWO-WAY RADIO COM WITH USE OF MY FULL CALLSIGN BY ATC. HE TOLD ME ONCE AGAIN THAT, 'YOU ARE ALREADY CLRED, STAY VFR.' I KNEW WHERE WE WERE AT ALL TIMES, SO WHEN I SAW THE FIELD I CALLED HIM UP AND SAID THAT 'WE HAVE THE FIELD IN SIGHT.' HE WAS VERY BUSY AT TIME BEING AND AFTER SEVERAL CALLS HE SAID STAY VFR AND CALL UNICOM? AFTER I REALIZED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE WE WERE, I GOT CONCERNED. FIRST AFTER TELLING US THAT WE DO NOT NEED TO BE ON HIS FREQ AND THAT WE MUST CONTACT UNICOM, I TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE TIGHT ABOVE TX STADIUM AND THAT I HAD DAL LOVE IN SIGHT. THEN HE GOT QUIET FOR A FEW SECS AND HE CAME BACK AND SAID, ACFT CALLING, YOU ARE WEAK AND UNREADABLE. YEA, REALLY, NOW HE DID NOT WANT TO TALK TO US SO WE WENT BACK. THE SAME ROUTINE CAME AND WE THOUGHT THAT WE HAD A RADIO PROB. WE WENT BACK TO NAVY DAL AND ASKED FOR A RADIO CHK. FIE SAID THAT WE WERE LOUD AND CLR. BY THE TIME WE XED NAVY DAL HE GAVE US A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL DAL LOVE. SO WE DID. FIRST OF ALL HE WAS BITCHING ON ME FOR BUSTING AN ARSA W/O CLRNC AND THAT I WAS ON THE WRONG FREQ. HE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON 126.05. 126.05 IS A LCL APCH FREQ WHICH IS NOT PUBLISHED NOWHERE. HOW SHOULD I KNOW. I AM NOT LOCATED AT THE FIELD. HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE RPTED TO FAA. I CAN NOT SEE ANY REASON HOW HE COULD. APCH (125.2) DID CLR ME TO A FIELD THAT HE WASN'T SURE ON. WE SAID CLRLY THAT WE ARE VFR TO DAL LOVE OFF F67. ALSO THE DAL LOVE SUPVR TOLD ME THAT NAVY DAL NEVER CLRED US THROUGH THEIR AIRSPACE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN INTERESTING TO LISTEN TO THE TAPES FROM THAT FLT.
