Narrative:
I was on a straight-in visual final to runway 32. ASOS was calling winds 310/10. I announced my location at 5 miles and 2 miles on 123.05. On two-mile short final I saw a crop duster taking off runway 14 straight into me. I never heard him on the radios. I off-set left; called a go around on the radio; and pulled into a left downwind for 32. While deplaning; the same plane returned and again took off with a tailwind.
