Narrative:

I was performing a proficiency checkride on another check airmen. I was notified by our flight following center after the completion of the flight that I had a near miss with another aircraft that was reported. During our entire flight we never did have a TCAS alert. I assume the only possibility was around soldotna airport since when we were holding at the olt beacon as published we heard a navajo starting on the GPS 25 to sxq. At this same time we left the hold starting the NDB 25 to sxq with a circle to runway 07. We did have traffic on our TCAS but it was not close for a near miss since no TCAS alert. We were giving traffic advisories on the CTAF 122.5 but no one was talking back with us but did hear other aircraft. Entire check ride was done in VMC conditions.
