Narrative:
Taxiing in tight quarters I may have hit the propeller of small aircraft X with the wing tip of my small aircraft Y. This charge is not positive. Another person complained about it, but there was no damage to small aircraft Y and very minor damage to small aircraft X's propeller. This was a complete and total accident, if it is proven that I did hit the propeller.

Title: SMA PLT ACCUSED OF HITTING PROPELLER OF ANOTHER SMA WITH HIS WING TIP WHILE TAXIING. SECOND SMA WAS PARKED.
Narrative: TAXIING IN TIGHT QUARTERS I MAY HAVE HIT THE PROP OF SMA X WITH THE WING TIP OF MY SMA Y. THIS CHARGE IS NOT POSITIVE. ANOTHER PERSON COMPLAINED ABOUT IT, BUT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO SMA Y AND VERY MINOR DAMAGE TO SMA X'S PROP. THIS WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL ACCIDENT, IF IT IS PROVEN THAT I DID HIT THE PROP.
