Narrative:

I was flying the aircraft. While climbing to FL340 I informed the captain that we would not be able to reach FL340 by cluts--the entry point for R465. A short while later the captain informed ATC and they said to cross 50 mi east of cluts at FL340. In the vicinity of cluts I informed the captain that we would be unable to cross 50 mi east of cluts at FL340. We were level at FL340 100 mi east of cluts (which is over clure). When reviewing the airep form in lax operations after the flight, I noted that the position reports for cluts and clure showed level FL340. The captain was unavailable for comment. I don't recall if ATC was advised at or before 50 mi east of cluts or how the voice xmissions were actually given to ATC. So, I'm not sure if this was a problem or not. The only suggestion I can think of is to review the paperwork immediately following any questionable operations.

Title: ACR WDB ON CLIMB FROM HNL EASTBOUND FAILS TO NOTIFY ATC OF INBILITY TO MEET ALT CROSSING RESTRICTION.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING THE ACFT. WHILE CLBING TO FL340 I INFORMED THE CAPT THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REACH FL340 BY CLUTS--THE ENTRY POINT FOR R465. A SHORT WHILE LATER THE CAPT INFORMED ATC AND THEY SAID TO CROSS 50 MI E OF CLUTS AT FL340. IN THE VICINITY OF CLUTS I INFORMED THE CAPT THAT WE WOULD BE UNABLE TO CROSS 50 MI E OF CLUTS AT FL340. WE WERE LEVEL AT FL340 100 MI E OF CLUTS (WHICH IS OVER CLURE). WHEN REVIEWING THE AIREP FORM IN LAX OPS AFTER THE FLT, I NOTED THAT THE POS RPTS FOR CLUTS AND CLURE SHOWED LEVEL FL340. THE CAPT WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR COMMENT. I DON'T RECALL IF ATC WAS ADVISED AT OR BEFORE 50 MI E OF CLUTS OR HOW THE VOICE XMISSIONS WERE ACTUALLY GIVEN TO ATC. SO, I'M NOT SURE IF THIS WAS A PROB OR NOT. THE ONLY SUGGESTION I CAN THINK OF IS TO REVIEW THE PAPERWORK IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING ANY QUESTIONABLE OPS.
