Narrative:
Taxi clearance was from our gate via kilo; golf; to runway 36R. I followed the big fat taxi line on kilo anticipating to see a curved taxi lane marking towards the right to join golf. Unfortunately; the taxi lane marking from kilo ends at a right angle on a way smaller taxi lane marking on golf. As it was dark; it looked like taxi lane kilo would go straight into the grass just to the right of taxiway F1. I did mention this to the ground controller to advise airport operation; but they said that nothing probably would be done about it.repaint the taxi line markings from a right angle to a smooth circle to join taxiway golf.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: Air carrier Captain reported taxiing to TUL Runway 36R on Taxiway K in darkness and expected a curved taxi line transition to Taxiway G; but was surprised at the 90 degree dead end turn onto a narrow Taxiway G just short of the grass.
