Narrative:

During cruise aircraft experienced a sudden loss of cabin pressure. Cabin started climbed at 2000 FPM and reached 9500' before the F/east was able to control it. Captain declared emergency and began descent, hoping to prevent 10000' cabin and O2 mask drop. F/east was able to stabilize cabin at FL270 and remainder of flight completed west/O further incident of FL240. This aircraft had a history of pressurization problems, including a similar incident the day before, and while maintenance had tried several different approachs to solving these sudden losses of pressure, but they continue. Company refused to take aircraft OTS until corrective action could be found.
