Narrative:

On a dark night in las we were cleared to taxi to runway 25 and exit the ramp at J. Due to poor taxi signs, we mistook the H exit for J and proceeded to runway 25 with no conflict. The ramps in las are very dark and the taxi signs are not lit. I feel that all txwys and runways at major air carrier airports should have standard internally lighted markings. This would help reduce taxi misunderstandings.

Narrative: ON A DARK NIGHT IN LAS WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 25 AND EXIT THE RAMP AT J. DUE TO POOR TAXI SIGNS, WE MISTOOK THE H EXIT FOR J AND PROCEEDED TO RWY 25 WITH NO CONFLICT.
