Narrative:

We were cleared to taxi out to runway 13R; cleared to cross runway 18 and hold short of the ILS critical area. As soon as we crossed runway 18 my first officer (first officer) asked me if that was the sign. I said I didn't think so because it was so far away and I'd never seen a sign that far away. I told him I thought it was for runway 18. As it turns out I was wrong and my first officer was right.I find it a little frustrating that the ILS critical hold short areas are not on the 10-9 page.
