Narrative:

I had radio problems which was not known at the time making contact with daytona beach arsa. I tried hard to get in touch with the frequency responsible for 3000' and below but I was unable to, so I did a 360 degree turn and contacted the approach frequency responsible for 3000' and above. They gave me a squawk number and told me to contact the 3000' and below frequency, which I did and after trying to contact them for some time west/O success I contacted the tower and advised them of my problem. They then cleared me to land on runway 7R. They claimed I busted the arsa and disrupted communication on the 3000' and below frequency.
