Narrative:

I was on flight following with norcal during a bay tour. I was departing the area to the west flying approximately the 075 radial of the sau VOR from angel island. I saw a cessna slightly below and ahead; crossing right to left; that was on a collision [course]. Norcal was calling out helicopter and other traffic ahead to the cessna. I was climbing already to clear the oakland hills. The cessna started to climb too and so I climbed steeper to ensure I would still be clear above it. However while focused on avoiding the cessna I think I clipped the edge of the bravo; probably entering the 3000 ring; and then exiting it at about 3200 into the 4000 ring near vpmor. The frequency was busy and don't recall norcal calling out the cessna as traffic to me; however I felt that evasive action was necessary. I did not realize I had probably entered the bravo until I was already in the 4000 ring and higher than I expected to be.
